           SUMMARY  

          This measure designates, as the "Senator Jenny Oropeza Memorial  
          Freeway," the portion of State Route 710 between Pico Avenue and  
          the Pacific Coast Highway (State Route 1) in the City of Long  
          Beach.

           FISCAL EFFECT  

          Minor State Highway Account costs to Caltrans to make and erect  
          appropriate signs; these costs are fully covered by donations.

           COMMENTS  

           Purpose  . This measure honors former Senator Oropeza, who passed  
          away on October 20, 2010, for her life of public service.
