To the Members of the California State Senate:

I am returning Senate Bill 205 without my signature.

The bill would require certain parts of a prescription drug's label
to be printed in at least 12-point typeface.

The Board of Pharmacy is required to provide an update of its 2010
labeling guidelines to the Legislature next month.  I prefer to wait
for their findings before mandating such a change.
