           DIGEST  :    This bill designates ACA 1X2 (John A. P�rez, Chapter  
          1, Statutes of the 2013-14, Second Extraordinary Session)  
          commonly referred to as the "Rainy Day Fund" measure, as  
          Proposition 2.  

           Assembly Amendments  delete the Senate version of the bill and  
          instead renumber the Rainy Day Fund.

           ANALYSIS  :    

          This bill:

          1.Designates ACA 1X2 as "Proposition 2" on the November 4, 2014,  
            General Election ballot.  

          2.Includes language requiring the Secretary of State and local  
            elections officials to revise any references to Proposition 44
