An act to amend Section 657 of the Civil Code, relating to property.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL’S DIGEST

SB 934, as introduced, Anderson. Property.

Existing law defines ownership as the right of one or more people to possess and use a thing to the exclusion of others and defines property as something which may be owned. Existing law divides property into the classes of real property and personal property.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to the provisions dividing property into the classes.
