An act to amend Section 17001 of the Revenue and Taxation Code, relating to taxation.

SB 1035, as introduced, Huff. Personal income tax.

The Personal Income Tax Law imposes tax upon the taxable income of California residents and on the taxable income of nonresidents derived from sources within the state.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: no. State-mandated local program: no.

The people of the State of California do enact as follows:

SECTION 1.  

Section 17001 of the Revenue and Taxation Code
is amended to read:
