An act to amend Section 83112 of the Government Code, relating to the Political Reform Act of 1974.

The Political Reform Act of 1974 provides for the comprehensive regulation of campaign financing. The act establishes the Fair Political Practices Commission to administer and enforce the act’s provisions. The act authorizes the Commission to adopt, amend, or rescind rules and regulations to carry out the purposes and provisions of the act, as specified.

This bill would make technical, nonsubstantive changes to those provisions.

SECTION 1.  

Section 83112 of the Government Code is
