Summary 

This bill removes the January 1, 1994 sunset on provisions allowing drivers 
šwith:

1)  A regular Class C driver's license to pull fifth-wheel travel trailers 
    with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of between 10,000 and 15,000 
    pounds.

2)  A restricted Class A license to pull fifth-wheel travel trailers with a 
    GVWR heavier than 15,000 pounds, or travel trailers heavier than 10,000 
    pounds.
