STAFF COMMENTS:
This bill meets the criteria to be placed on the Suspense
file.
The author requested in the budget $1 million for this
activity from PVEA or the General Fund if PVEA Is not
available.
Staff notes the creation of a fund is not necessary. An
appropriation in the bill or the budget for the purpose of
the program would fulfill the same purpose.
